The Visionary Squad is seeking ChangemakeHER Ambassadors.
This ChangemakeHER self-identifies as a Womxn of Color, lives in the metro area of the city they will represent, and is all about creating space for other women to be seen AND to be celebrated.
They have a heart for their community, have experience cultivating courageous conversations & have a motivation to create meaningful experiences that serve women of color. Our hope is that you’re a little tech-savvy too but we can help you with that. =)
Sis, you’re ready for this if you meet these Minimum Qualifications:
- ChangemakeHER Member
- You're a people-person who naturally sparks conversations
- A galvanizer with a strong ability to bring people together with purpose
- Commitment to hosting 1 live or virtual event monthly (for six months)
- Dedication to learning about topics that impact women of color
- Creativity to curate content (or find help!)
- The courage to share this opportunity & get results
Sis, you will blow our mind if you additionally meet these Desired Qualifications:
- You will be required to sell membership and responsible for hosting 1 event per month.
- The ability to create S.M.A.R.T. goals
- A love for driving results & measuring success
The Visionary Squad will provide ongoing training, leadership development, emotional support, a digital kit, and a Run of Show to guide you. We will also manage all ticket sales and provide access to a virtual platform. For in person events you are responsible for securing venues.
